How delivery works

What happens between checkout and the item landing in your Steam inventory.

1. Create an account

Click “Sign in” and either create an account with your email, or continue with Steam and approve the request on Steam’s own page. With Steam we receive your public SteamID and nothing else.

2. Save your trade URL

Paste your Steam trade URL into My Account → Steam & trading, or at checkout. If you signed in through Steam, we check that it belongs to that Steam account, so items can’t end up in the wrong inventory.

3. Pay

Pay with any method shown at checkout. You get an order confirmation by email.

4. Accept the trade offer

We send a Steam trade offer listing exactly what you bought. Check it in Steam and accept it. You can track the order status under My Account → Orders.

Before you buy

  • Set your Steam inventory to public.
  • Have Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator active for at least 7 days, or Steam may hold the trade.
  • Make sure your account isn’t trade-banned or trade-restricted.
